I'm looking to create an audti script against my SharePoint 2013 estates. Basically I want to dump the following:#

  • All sites
  • All permissions
  • All roles
  • All users

What role/permission do I need to do this?

SharePoint Server Management

    If you want from all sites in a single Web Application, you should be at Web Application User Policy Level with Read Access should be enough.

    Thanks & Regards,

    @shockoQA ,

    When users have Full Control permission, you can view all sites, permissions, users , roles and features on signal site collection level.

    So, you need to have Full Control permission to support the "audti" script to dump content that your said.

    You could refer to this article User permissions and permission levels in SharePoint Server.

    Thanks,

    Echo Du

    I don't think my security team will allow me full permissions.
