I'm running Windows Virtual Desktop (spring release) with Windows 10 2004 hostpools. I'm seeing random, maybe 1-2 per week, VM crashes which generate the following entry in the system event log:

Source: Microsoft-Windows-DriverFrameworks-UserMode
Date: 13/10/2020 13:23:10
Event ID: 10111
Task Category: User-mode Driver problems.
Level: Critical
Keywords:
User: SYSTEM
Computer: xxxxxxxxxxx
Description:
The device Microsoft Remote Display Adapter (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.

The machine is left in a zombie state where users are shown as logged but the VM is unavailable under the session hosts. The session broker seems to redirect the impacted users back to the crashed VM.

The crashed VM can be restarted and works normally although a sfc detects and repairs issues.
