Create documents from groups in SharePoint and grant access to folders.

I try not to be seen by unauthorized people, but in that case there is a way to receive an email like the one below.

    Based on your description and without seeing the pictures you provided, I'm not entirely sure what you need.

    From my understanding, you should want to set up some Email notifications.
