For a few weeks now, I've been experiencing a problem with the outlook application on my mac. After logging in, my account disconnects after 2 minutes.

For our better research, please provide more information about this case:
- Does the problem occur in the Outlook desktop client? If so, are there any error messages?
- What's the version of your Outlook? Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
- Do you have the same problem when logging in to another account?
- Can you log in normally using Outlook for Web?

What type of client does this issue occur with?
To see which version of Outlook you are currently using, follow these steps to find out what version of Outlook is installed on your Mac:
- Open Outlook.
- On your menu bar, choose Outlook (next to the Apple logo). If you don't see your menu bar, move your mouse to the top of your screen and it will appear.
- Choose About Outlook. The version information appears.
If you have Outlook through your Microsoft 365 subscription, it won't display 2016 or 2011.
Also, please try signing in with a different account to troubleshoot whether the problem is with the client or the account.
