I am admin and have activated custom scripts on a global level in SharePoint admin center. I am able to add custom.css to https://[yourtenant]-admin.sharepoint.com in the style library. But whenever I try to do the same in https://[yourtenant]-admin.sharepoint.com/sites/[site], it keeps telling me "an error occurred. please try again later.". I can't even upload a doc file in the site library even if I am the site owner and a SharePoint admin. Is there any way to allow adding file to the style library for particular sites or is it only possible for https://[yourtenant]-admin.sharepoint.com? Please note that I am a mac user and can't user powershell.

    Hi @Maxime Giguère

In SharePoint site, the site url should be like https://[yourtenant].sharepoint.com/sites/[site]. There shouldn't be -admin in the url. And if you enable allow custom script in admin center, it will take 24 hours for the change to take effect. Since you are unable to use powershell, you will need to wait until the setting take effect.
