Can't login using authenticator app

Hi, can someone here please help me? I have tried to call your support phone and they promised to call me back regarding this issue but no-one did call. And I called the support over a week ago...

I am admin user in my organisation. I accidentally deleted Authenticator app from my phone and after installing it back I can't login anywhere. I can't add my account into the app. Now I don't have access to my admin center, Teams etc. Can someone please help me asap??

    Nas configurações do ambiente é possível resetar a autentificação multifator, caso não tenha acesso será necessário entrar em contato com o suporte da Microsoft.

    CAN SOMEONE FROM MICROSOFT PLEASE HELP ME??

    This problem has been ongoing for three weeks!!! I can't login anywhere because of this Authenticator issue. I need someone to contact me asap because I can't do my job. I have given you my phone number and my email etc. but no one has contacted me.

    If you have deleted your Authenticator app, you can set it up again by downloading the app again on your device. You can also begin recovery on your mobile device by opening the Authenticator app and signing in to your recovery account using the personal Microsoft account you used during the backup process. If you still have access to your old Authenticator, you can recover all your accounts onto a new device by scanning your QR code with that device.

    If the authenticator app is your default method, the default changes to another available method. Make sure no accounts have been added to the newly installed app before signing on with the recovery account to do the restore.

    This does no help. I have installed it again but I can't add my account into the authenticator app. I would need someone from tech to delete the authenticator from login methods because there are no other methods and now I can't login anywhere. This is a neverending loop.
