How to fix authenticator

when I restarted my mobile phone, I lost all the data on the authenticator and I can't access my Facebook profile, which I need for work. for the same reason, I had double authentication on it, which I can't access now. how is it possible to restore data from Facebook to the authenticator.

can you please help me with this.

    Try using the recover function on your phone:

    Back up and recover account credentials in the Authenticator app
