Bitlocker code doesnt match any of my devices in MS account.

Computer shut down and when it rebooted, it has a bit locker key screen that will not accept the bit locker I found in my Microsoft account and the one it provides doesn't match any of my devices. Someone from MS help said it was some how changed either due to an update to the computer or when it shut down. Which doesn't help me figure out how to log in or find a bit key that works.

Here is the screen I keep getting when I try to use the link sent. Yes, I have changed boot order and tried to download and re download everything, Not working....
