Sharepoint list does not group correctly on a date field

For few days I have a problem with grouping sharepoint list by date field - headers show incorrect date. Date field isn't calculated, it's date format field.

I only have the issue in on one list within my organisation. It's an exhaustive list with a lot of records/lines.
