synch Outlook to "title" (i.e., Mr; Ms; Dr. etc) in SPO contact list

Question

I am trying to maintain a SPO contact list synched with an Outlook contact list. All is fine for every other field EXCEPT the "title" field (i.e., Mr; Ms; Dr. etc.) (which really should be renamed "prefix" to avoid confusion with the other "title" issues in SPO). It is not available in the core contact and calendar columns and therefore if changed in Outlook, it won't update in the SPO contact list.

Hi @mb ,

The title in Outlook cannot be directly mapped to the SharePoint list.

As a workaround, we could enable Full Name column in this list to show the Mrs; Mr; etc. prefix changes:
