SharePoint 2019 Server Creation Problem

Hi,

I recently created a VM with Windows 10 and installed SharePoint 2019 server on it. After a successful installation, I'm encountering an issue with site creation. It prompts for DOMAIN/USER_NAME, but we don't have that integration in our workplace. I'm conducting preliminary tests before implementing the entire system for a partner who does have an AD server. However, I need to perform functional tests first, but without a domain, is it possible to test SharePoint Server 2019, or does it strictly require a domain?

    Hi Alexandre Ferreira , according to the documentation, starting with SharePoint Server 2016, the standalone install option has been deprecated. Therefore, you must set up a new server for both AD and SQL.

    1.Install and configure Hyper-V.
    2.Install Windows Server 2019.
    3.Install Active Directory Domain Services.
    4.Install SQL Server 2017.
    5.Install SharePoint 2019.
