You can locate your recovery key using your Microsoft account or if this is a Work/School laptop your System Administrator may be able to assist.

"In your Microsoft account: Open a web browser on another device. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey to find your recovery key. "

For more help please see the Microsoft support document for BitLocker:

Good luck and have a great day!

    Hello there

    based upon the information

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty accessing your laptop due to the BitLocker key issue.

Check for the BitLocker recovery key:

Look for the recovery key in your paper records, such as printed documents or saved files.

If you saved the key to a USB drive or printed it, ensure that it is accessible and try using it.

If your computer is part of an organization or managed by an IT department, reach out to them for assistance in retrieving the recovery key.

Sign in with your Microsoft account:

If you signed in to your Windows 10 device using a Microsoft account, the recovery key might be stored in your OneDrive or your Microsoft account's Device security page. Access your OneDrive or visit account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey to check if the key is available.

Contact the device manufacturer or retailer:

In some cases, the device manufacturer or retailer might have stored the recovery key. Contact their customer support for guidance on retrieving the key.

Check for a BitLocker recovery key ID:

Some computers display a BitLocker recovery key ID on the recovery screen. Take note of this ID and use another device with an internet connection to visit the Microsoft BitLocker Recovery website (https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey) to retrieve the recovery key associated with that ID.

In this situation, the best course of action is to contact the device manufacturer's customer support or seek assistance from a professional technician who can help you resolve the problem. They will have the expertise and resources necessary to guide you through the recovery process and help you regain access to your laptop.

Here are some steps you can take:

Contact the laptop manufacturer's customer support: Reach out to the customer support team of your laptop's manufacturer and explain the issue you're facing. They should be able to provide guidance and support in recovering the BitLocker key or finding a solution to regain access to your laptop.

    And see if it helps,

    Thank you
