I was just able to access my DevOps page by going to https://aex.dev.azure.com/ instead. From there my projects were listed, and I was finally able to get in.
When i try to sign into azure devops account https://dev.azure.com it redirects to portal.azure.com

When i try to sign into azure devops account https://dev.azure.com it redirects to portal.azure.com. I cleared the cache of the browser.
