RD Web - Reconnecting issue

We have RD Web running on Windows Server 2012. Users are on Windows 10 using Chrome or Internet Explorer 11. When users get disconnected, they have some challenges re-opening the application (typically if they've closed their browser window). Clicking on the application icon does not seem to do anything. Rebooting the users PC seems to work, but isn't an ideal solution. I tried repeatedly clicking on the application icon, and eventually, it did load., but again that isn't an ideal solution. Wondering if anybody has encountered this, and has any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

    Have you configured the timeout setting of disconnected session when deployed RDS environment?

    Kindly try to extend the time limitation and verify if the problem persist.
