Different server name is displayed in IIS server other than the actual server name

We need to rename IIS server with the respective server name. We tried the below 2 options. After doing these steps, changes are reflected to the person who did these steps. But we need it to be reflected for everyone.
- Did rename in IIS
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the IIS

During the process of creating a server copy, the IIS file was inadvertently duplicated, resulting in the display of the copied server name. However, after removing that file, the actual server name is now being displayed correctly.

As you mentioned IIS file was duplicated could you help with the path of the duplicate file or how i can i find it. Thanks in advance !

Please find the path below.
C:\Users\User_Folder\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\WebManagement\7.0.0.0\InetMgr.preferences
You have to remove the InetMgr.preferences file from all the users folder. So that whenever they open IIS new file will be created and they will the actual server's name.
