Unable to delete the recovery points and resource group

we are unable to delete the below resource group and also having one recovery point and snapshot and disk, recovery vault already deleted. Can any one help us how to remove it
Resource Group :- AzureBackupRG_eastus_1
Recovery points :- AzureBackup_jiravm01_933564536850069713

Do you see any specific error message?
For example: "ErrorMessage: There is an active shared access signature outstanding for disk restore point"If yes, you may follow the instructions posted in this link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1306566/cant-delete-restorepoint
If no, I would appreciate sharing a screenshot of the error message.

2023-06-23T08:08:08.7866667+00:00 @SadiqhAhmed-MSFT when am trying to delete the recovery/restore point exist in the resource group "AzureBackupRG_eastus_1" its showing as failed also seen there was no snapshot available only one disk showing.disk.pngpowershell.png
when am trying to remove the recovery point from PowerShell we are getting the below error.
command :- Remove-AzResource -ResourceGroupName AzureBackupRG_eastus_1 -name AzureBackup_jiravm01_933564536850069713 -Force -ResourceType Microsoft.Compute/restorePointCollections

Unfortunately I cannot contact support due to being on a student subscription. I have tried Removing Access from PowerShell or REST API but ARM cannot locate the resource. I also tried recreating a Disk with the same name/location/rg, but it still impossible to delete the recovery point.
