Microsoft Community Training Issue

Hi,

I’ve made use of this WebApp but I’ve ran into a issue, please see the details below :

I’ve installed this link : https://liquoricelearning.azurewebsites.net/ but using the work / school account, but I’m not able to access sign in, getting this error :

Then I decided to use the social account on this link : https://jtvdw.azurewebsites.net/ but it’s only showing this page :

Any help would be much appreciated.
