Training a template model failed

I tried training a template model for my documents -- mainly to detect signatures on documents and extract a few other fields.

Everytime I try to train a template model, it either fails with the error:

Invalid content source: Could not read build content.apim-request-id: 610f1cad-f51f-473b-9ac2-114723b02a5b

Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening and how to overcome this issue?
