AnyConnect VPN with Microsoft Azure MFA through SAML using trustkey

Question

We are trying to use Trust keys for users to MFA into a any-connect VPN connection. We have this setup using Microsoft authenticator app just fine for our end users. However some users want to use a trust key. The issue is when they select the security key option in the authentication method the screen just loads and loads with the blue dots on top of screen and there is no prompt to use the trust key. Any input would be great.

From what I have seen, this dialog box doesnt support using a security Key or requires a different config. You probably need to open a support ticket with Cisco to confirm.
