Hi @jennyKim ,
So can i stop sync between group calender and personal calender?
This is the excepted behavior and I am afraid currently there's no setting available to stop this from occurring.
This is because, when a meeting is created in the group calendar in Outlook, the group would be automatically added into the Attendee list so that all group members will receive the meeting invite and thus the meeting will also appear in each member's personal calendar.
This document mentions that, "If you do not want to send an invitation to group members, simply remove the group from the attendees list.". But this is not the realistic solution unless all events on this calendar are created by yourself so that you can have this control of the attendee list or you can simply create events as appointments instead.
Also there are lots of notification message in Group mailbox Can i stop the notification message also?
Not quite clear about what you mean by "notification message", but from the perspective of individual group members, settings are limited to whether you want to receive a copy of group mails in your own inbox:
By the way, in order for better discussion, we usually focus on one question only in one thread, so if you have further concern or need more help regarding the notification message question, it would be best if you try to open up a new thread for it. Thanks for your understanding : )
