Why don't I get the same results in Sentinel query for internal and external users in Teams?

I have an issue where in Sentinel query I don't see the same results for internal and external users.
In OfficeActivity table, when I want to see Operation and OfficeWorkload for users, I don't see the MessageSent for internal users, only for external users. Does anyone know why is that and how to fix this?
