Microsoft provides support for partners in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as a part of the partner program. Microsoft partners can access commonly asked RFP questions and recommended answers in Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services.

Additionally, Microsoft offers resources for partners to help them succeed with Microsoft products and services, including finding other partners who can assist with RFPs. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the partner to respond to the RFP. Microsoft does not directly provide RFP assistance to clients who are reselling Microsoft products.
