Can I use teams to chat with myself?

I would like to be able to use teams to make a note to myself during meetings. Is that possible?

    Hello,

    You can send a Chat to yourself. This chat should already exist as the first chat that says

    "This chat is just for you...with you. Use it for drafts, send files to yourself, or get to know chat features a little better."
