SCOM Alert Customization

Is it possible to to customize SCOM so that for example.
If I overwrite 1 MP to change the detection to 15 seconds, I don't want an event to trigger an alert if it only occurs once. But I want to trigger an alert if the event happens 3 times consecutively.

    Yes it is possible, you would need to create a repeated event detection rule, this is described over Kevin's blog post over here:
