yes I have granted all permission, this is happening for organization email but for personal email I can get access token.

Hi @JB Admin , you need to grant yourself the proper permissions if you're a Global Admin. If so, please let me know what permissions you've granted and I can check why it's not working.

Hi James,

so all the organization accounts giving me screen need admin approval, what permission I need to give from azure portal so that it allows organization account aswell, I can provide the screenshot of whatever permission you need to look.

Hi,

Like my question when I login into user consent screen using organization email(eg ******@theturnlab.com) I am getting below screen

But when I use personal outlook email I can get the access token, so I am confused if this is something I am missing any permission on azure admin portal or this is something the organization has to give permission to my application to access their calendar.

Hope my question is more clear, I can share permission screen if that helps to solve my problem.
