How to deploy outlook meeting template for all user in the organization

I want to create an Outlook template for all users in my company when they book meeting rooms.

Example:

When the user creates a meeting and chooses a meeting room. We want it will automatically load the default template (*.oft file).

Hello, is there any news regarding this question ?
I have the same problem with the form, I can publish it to public folder, but how can I set the template up automatically for everybody ?
