Hi @Shmuel Hezekiya ,
- From the perspective of Outlook client, the option is limited to setting the level of protection to "No Automatic Filtering", which will turn off the automatic Junk Email Filter in Outlook.
But even if you've removed names from the Junk Email Filter lists as mentioned in the linked document, mails may still go into Junk Email folder due to other factors such as the Anti-Spam configuration on the mail server level which cannot be modified by an individual user. - Currently, there's no built-in feature available to send an alert/report once a day in Outlook for mails in Junk Email. According to this official document, the recommended approach is to regularly review messages in the Junk Email folder to check for legitimate messages that were incorrectly classified as junk.
Given this, below are some suggestions for your reference:
- If the false positive mails are sent by some particular senders, you can try adding them into the Safe Senders list and see if it can help.
- Add the Junk Email folder to Favorites so that you can more easily see and check it regularly.
- If you do want to receive an alert daily, you may consider manually creating a recurring task so that you can get a reminder every day to check the junk email folder:
