Prompts from MSAuthenticator but not from me

I have a hunch the password for one of my MSAuthenticator protected accounts has been hacked. I recently started getting some prompts from MSAuthenticator but am not online or trying to login to anything when I receive them.

Is there a way to confirm from which site or app the request is coming from?
