Requirements for Exchange 2019 Management Tools

Question

We will be installing a dedicated server just to run the Exchange Management Tools. Does the Management Tools have the same software prereqs as Exchange 2018? Stuff like. .NET 4.8, Visual C++, and the RSAT-ADDS?

I learned from the following docs: the management tools have similar operating system,.NET Framework, and Windows Management Framework (Windows PowerShell) requirements as an Exchange server.
