I don't think we can retrieve the custom model once it is deleted. As mentioned here it's impossible to retrieve it.

2023-06-27T13:45:42.75+00:00 Hi @VasaviLankipalle-MSFT thanks for your comment but in the screenshot you are showing a project being deleted. In my case the project and custom model was already there in form builder instance. Since the user left the company is there anyway to retrieve the model he created?
