Azure AD Domain Services delete issue

I am trying to delete my custom domain in Azure AD Domain Services, however, it states the domain is in a failed state and to contact support. When trying to delete, the process just spins and spins and eventually fails to delete.

    Once I have the details, if required can engage the engineering team to resolve this issue.
