Merge two Microsoft Learn Accounts

Hi,

I have two different profiles on microsoft learn but I would like to merge them to store all my certifications in one account. I understand that it is possible to merge Microsoft Certification profile so all your exams and certification will be updated under one MCID. How can this be done? Thanks!
