I am trying to post a question on answers.microsoft.com but get this error and my question is not submitted.

Strange! I could see this question of yours but not the other one which you intend to ask. Maybe transient? could you try logout and login in a new browser after clearing all your cookies and cache?

I am having the same issue as OP, I did post my own question, however reaching out to see if you have other solutions for me? No browser or account works for me...
