Locked out of Hotmail Account

Question

I have been locked out of my Hotmail account for attempting too many verification code requests because they were never sent. I filled out a verification report but received an email stating that they do not reply to one’s that have 2 step verification. Is there someone who has a pulse that is human that works for this company that can help!

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
