Outlook web version not working

We have 200 business basic licenses available where 110 licenses are assigned. But the issue is our 2 users can not access the web version of outlook. There is no issue with their licensing or subscription or access to the Microsoft apps except outlook. When the tried to log in to their outlook the found the error 500 ( Something went wrong ).

Hi @Shaharear Shakib ,

This may be related to a temporary backend issue, which has now been fixed and you are advised to try again.
