System slow after join the domain

I am getting the issue while join the PC in domain, currently I'm using server 2012R2 and win 10 systems this issue is happing all sites we have 40 site all over India and outside.

We have troubleshooted all basic task like below

Recreate the user profile,

join the pc in domain

update the system BOIS

Repair the OS

Formatted the system and up to date latest version of OS (22H2, 21 H2).

Reviewed the all GPO which reacted to login logoff.

Upgrade the system hardware but not luck

I have the same problem. There are news? to give a contribution to this topic I tried using a local user outside the domain ones and the PC performance is optimal. I think the problem at this point lies in the join with the domain. I'm not currently solving it
