How to remove doublette in authenticator

Question

Have two what seems to be two identical accounts which both are grayed out. That is I cannot access them to remove one of them. And it prevents me from using the app for these two aacount

Simplest solution is to remove the account from the device. For my android phone it is Settings\Passwords & acccounts
