Update windows from build 22000 to 22621?

Question

My new laptop doesn't show an option to update to build number 22621 from 22000. I am on windows 11, My new one is a Lenovo IdeaPad 3i, it won't come up with updates for 22621, I want to update to it, but it won't come up with an update? Can you tell me how I can manually update it? I want to update because certain things aren't working compared to later versions, e.g. start app groups, search box customization.
