I am a Global admin for an Office 365 Tenant. 12 days ago ALL of my user accounts received the following message when attempting to log in, including mine, the Global Admin:
"Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin"
I have no way of creating a ticket since I cannot log in. I
I have tried calling support at 800-636-7914 but I am placed on hold for over 4 HOURS before it disconnects!
I have a ticket with Data Protection that is currently 12 days old and counting. When data protection does answer the phone, they tell me "Sorry someone should have gotten back to me within 3 days" and then apologize for it not occurring, and then tell me there is else they can do?
Short of creating a YouTube Video to illustrate how awful Microsoft Service is and advising any small business to stay away since this is cripling my business, what else can I do to regain access back to my tenant?

Yes I have tried those numbers. As well as the following:

800 636 7914

800-642-7676
866-474-4882
877-568-2495
All phone numbers have the same result, being placed on hold for over a day! When you call them they say "Average Wait Time over 120 mins". The one time I was able to get through, I was referred right back to Data Protection, who then confirmed I already had a ticket, apologetic no one had gotten back to me, and then informed them there was nothing else they could do.
This is extremely frustrating. No changes were made to my Tenant. I don't know why this occurred. I just need someone from Microsoft to actually open my ticket, which is 13 days old now so that I can restore service.
