    Hi 8

If you're encountering an NXDOMAIN error with your DNS zone, it means that the DNS resolver is unable to find any DNS records for the specified domain. To resolve this issue, you can follow these steps:

    1. Verify DNS Configuration: Double-check your DNS configuration to ensure that it is correctly set up. Ensure that the DNS records for your domain are properly defined, including A, CNAME, MX, TXT, or other relevant records. Make sure there are no typos or errors in the DNS records.
    2. Check Name Server Settings: Confirm that the name server settings for your domain are correctly configured. In your domain registrar's control panel, verify that the name servers are set to "ns1-09.azure-dns.com" and any additional Azure DNS name servers if applicable.
    3. Check Zone Delegation: If you are using a delegation setup, where your domain's NS (Name Server) records are pointing to Azure DNS, ensure that the NS records are correctly configured in the parent zone. Contact your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider if you need assistance with setting up or verifying the NS records.
    4. DNS Propagation: DNS changes can take some time to propagate globally. Ensure that enough time has passed since the DNS changes were made. DNS propagation can typically take up to 24 to 48 hours, although in some cases it can propagate faster. You can use online DNS propagation checking tools to verify the status of your DNS changes across different locations.
    5. Contact Azure Support: If you have followed the above steps and the issue persists, it is recommended to reach out to Azure Support for assistance. Provide them with details about the NXDOMAIN error, your domain, and any relevant DNS configuration. They can help investigate further and provide specific guidance based on your Azure DNS setup.

It's important to note that DNS-related issues can be complex, and troubleshooting steps may vary depending on the specific setup and configurations. If you're not familiar with DNS management, consider consulting with a professional or your IT team for assistance in resolving the NXDOMAIN error.
