How to prevent Databricks notebooks from automatically appearing on the Experiments page?

When I create a new notebook on my Workspace on Azure Databricks, it automatically appears on the Experiments page, even if it's just a blank notebook. This is causing the experiments page to be filled with many 'false' experiments and makes it difficult for users in my team to find our main experiments without knowing key-words to filter the experiment names by. Is there anything I can do to prevent this issue? I am also not happy that the Experiments page doesn't offer the flexibility to create folder structures and organize different experiment runs better.
