Outlook Emails from Folders invisible

Hello

I cannot see my emails/shared emails from my outlook folders

if i type in one email detail in the search bar, email are to be found.

Just opening the folder will not do it, it says empty folders.

I deleted all filters and reset view settings, nothing worked. Please help !

    Does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client or Outlook web mail?

    if i type in one email detail in the search bar, email are to be found.

    In Outlook desktop client, please put the cursor on the search results so that the folder where the email is located will be displayed, as shown in the image below:

    On Outlook Web mail, the folder where the email is located will be displayed directly in the search list, as shown in the image below:

    On the other hand, when you find the email location, it's suggested that you could check if you have created some rules to move the emails to other folders.
