create resource subscription

I am trying to create an Azure resource, Barracuda Firewall Control Center in Azure. It takes me to a start a subscription page, where I have already filled out to Free trial. I see it added to my subscription service, but I still cannot create the resource.

I am not sure if Barracuda FW a third party resource will be free in Azure Account as I cannot see it listed in the Free account services - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/free-services

I will assume that you will need a trial license or temp license from Barracuda and you can spin up a instance in Azure. So this is from Barracuda Marketplace appliance info - This Barracuda CloudGen Firewall Control Center is licensed using the Bring-Your-Own-License (BYOL) model. Fill out the evaluation form to receive a 30-day evaluation license or purchase one of the licenses depending on your requirement.
