Hi Thanks for sharing article may be it would be useful to me but i do have few doubt.

-- Can Photo directly saved from Azure or 365 because it is not possible to save picture for each user.

-- Also if "photos directly saved from 365 or azure? do we need to follow 1 & 2 steps as per article. please suggest

Save the user’s photo to disk in JPEG/BMP format (the maximum avatar image file size must not exceed 100 KB and the image resolution up to 96×96 pixels);

In order to set the AD account image for a user jchan, run the commands:
$photo = [byte[]](Get-Content C:\PS\jchan_photo.jpg -Encoding byte)
Set-ADUser jchan -Replace @{thumbnailPhoto=$photo}

--- Please suggest if i need to customize PowerShell query "SetADPicture.ps1 script code:" Because my requirement is User should get picture from Azure or 365.

This is for single user and for each user user i belive need to run command or might to save a picture in folder (1st steps). This is manually thing.

I want automate this so Photo directly saved from Azure or 365. we have large number of user so kindly suggest how to setup as per my requirement.
