Hello,

What can we do from network side to improve connection when using ms.team? Some time we got 'bad network quality', 'voice unheard for some seconds' even the internet connection is working normally.

    @Handian Sudianto

    There are a few things you can do to improve network quality when using Microsoft Teams:

    1. Check your internet speed: Make sure you have a stable and fast internet connection. You can use a speed test tool to check your internet speed.
    2. Close other applications: Close other applications that are using your internet bandwidth, as they can affect the quality of your Teams call.
    3. Use a wired connection: If possible, use a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. This can help reduce network interference and improve call quality.
    4. Update your drivers: Make sure your network drivers are up-to-date. Outdated drivers can cause network issues and affect call quality.
    5. Adjust Teams settings: In Teams, go to Settings > Devices and adjust the settings for your microphone, speakers, and camera. You can also try turning off video during the call to improve call quality.
    6. Use a VPN: If you're experiencing network issues due to network congestion or bandwidth limitations, you can try using a VPN to improve your connection.
