SharePoint sites size and capacity limitations and how to extend it?

I see 5.74 TB of 8.87 TB available; however, I am now uploading and migrating my OnPremise file servers with around 20 TB+ additional data.

How is my M365 tenant's SharePoint site quota computed or added?

Is this also included OneDrive for each of my users as well?

If there is a maximum limit per Site, what will it be?

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

The SPO quota is computed based on the number of licenses you have, the actual formula being "1 TB plus 10 GB per license purchased". This does not include the ODFB quota, which is separate and set to 1TB per user initially (up to "unlimited", depending on the license).

If you need to increase the quota, either purchase additional licenses, or purchase storage: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/commerce/add-storage-space?view=o365-worldwide

The maximum size of individual site (collection) is 25600 GB. That's per site, not the max tenant size.
