How do you see the responses to a poll posted to a Teams group chat thread? (not using Forms)

Question

I posted this poll to a group chat in Teams and now can't see the results of who votes for what days.

Can anyone assist?

It was not completed in forms, I will do that in future.

The voting information is not viewable in the Teams client, which is by design. You can only view it by logging in Microsoft Forms app. Sign into Froms app with your Teams account: https://forms.office.com/

According to my tests, you need to check the following options to see the user's records, otherwise it will be anonymous voting.
