Hi
I want to clarify if its possible to restore a distribution group / list that's synchronised from on-prem AD to Azure AD using AAD Connect. For example, if a synchronised DL is deleted from AD and through the regular sync cycle it is soft deleted from Azure AD - can we now restore this DL in Azure AD?
If yes, will this object be considered as mastered in Azure AD and can be managed through Azure AD?

No, as there is no soft-delete functionality for distribution groups. Once it's deleted, be it due to synchronization or direct action in Azure AD, it's gone for good.
