Hi when trying to login on my MacBook I am getting error 2002 and...

Is this when you start Word? Your post says "when trying to login on my MacBook", which doesn't seem to have anything to do with Word. Please fill in the circumstances in which you see the message. Posting a screenshot using the Image tool may help.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes when I open Word it opens and at the top of the screen says 'Editting not Permitted'.... then when I go to login to word to allow editing it returns the error at the end of the login process.
