When I try to log into My e-mail account I get an error report. As shown below.

    1. Try to check the same on another computer.
    2. Delete all files under the "drive:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook" folder, then try to reconfigure a new profile again.
    3. Download the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, then follow the instructions to check about your Outlook client.
